<audio> - allowing a user to record an audio clip which is attached to an entry.

The <audio> tag allows an audio clip to be recorded using the device's microphone and attached to an entry.

The screenshots below show the the flow a user would undertake when capturing an audio clip.

You can also add the required="true" attribute if neccessary.

The user is presented with three audio 'controls' - from top to bottom - Record, Play and Stop, allowing them to record, playback and change if neccessary the audio they have recorded.
