Tap your devices 'menu' key for more options.

We have preloaded a set of the demo schools projects for you to look at, however to demonstrate, we will run through the procedure for loading a project as when you start creating your own, you will need to load them onto your device(s).

After hitting your devices menu button, select 'Load Project' this will present a text box into which you must enter the name of the project you wish to load . For demo purposes we will run through loading and collecting data using the Schools projects we detailed in the Form Builder documentation.

When you first open EpiCollect+ you are presented with the homescreen. Below the logo, the button 'Start/Resume Data Collection' is displayed. Tapping this will tell you that you first need to load a project.

The Select Project dropdown is currently empty also indicating we need to load a project.

The 'Click for Help' button lists the Version Number of EpiCollect+, brief help and links to this documentation and also contact information.

To load a project, you must tap your phones 'Menu' button (usually a hard button located on phones and tablets. This will open the 'Load Project' menu as in the screenshot to the left.

Loading a project

For the purposes of demonstration we will run through loading the single form schools project we created in the form builder documentation. When tapping 'Load Project' from the menu, a popup box appears within which you should type the location of your project definition. Tapping 'OK' will load the project definition file and you will be alerted on success, as in the following screenshots.
