Viewing data - Downloading Data

Data can be downloaded in a number of ways.

When viewing the Table View for a particular form, three icons, above and to the right of the table allow all data for the particular form to be downloaded as Comma separated values (CSV), Tab separated values (TSV) or XML.

Clicking will download all data for that table. For projects with more than one linked form, a column will be present in the download indicating how many entries in the form level below are available. However, you would need to download that forms data separately.

Please note, picture, video and audio data are not downloaded in bulk, a URL to to location of these data are included within any of the download formats. We will introduce a batch media download.

This concludes our walkthrough for EpiCollect+ the following sections detail the XML language we have developed for describing projects (ecml - EpiCollect Markup Language)
